I've never had a bad experience with Todd or any of his employees. He almost always has what I'm looking for, and if he doesn't he looks into getting it. Also one of the few places I've been to where you can chat with the owner in a down to earth kind of way.
Very helpful and knowledgeable about all things alcohol, beer, and spirits. Great advice when needed to host a small get-together, especially with wines and pairings.
Terrible. Rude. Poor selection. Small humidor. Sorry I wasn't one of your regular customers, but that was an aweful way to treat new customers. That was the first time Ive ever felt leaving everything at the counter and walking out empty handed.
