Fantastic Service. I purchased a 2010 Mercedes E350 from a Toyota dealership in Brookfield and thought it'd be a good idea to service the vehicle immediately to ensure future reliability. Being that Silver Lake Auto specializes in Mercedes I decided to take the car there. Silver Lake Auto saved me from a horrendous $4200 repair. I returned the vehicle to the dealer immediately, with documentation.
Great service, listens to requests and responds quickly with good communication. Courtesy vehicle made it easy to leave my vehicle there when I went to work, they called to confirm work was done and ensured I had paperwork needed to get a manufacturer’s rebate. I’ve had work done several times over the past 8 years and they stand by their work.
