My experience with renting a vehicle was exceptional. The process when I arrived was handled quickly, the vehicle was exactly what I asked for and was perfect for our trip. The rental agent was great, very friendly and customer oriented. He had the car waiting inside so it was warm and snow free. Went over the car with me and also provided a snow brush and snow scraper since it would be snowing while I had the car. Check in was easy and the agent was also friendly.
